Our story
Relationships built over three decades.
VIP Meetings was founded in 2017 as a marketing and meeting planner for both private and publicly traded companies, assisting them with getting in front of not only accredited investors but members of the wider financial community.
Prior to forming VIP Meetings, the principals coordinated and assisted companies with meetings individually for more than three decades — more than one thousand meetings and more than twenty thousand attendees.
We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience for both the attendees and the presenter. We partner with the presenting company to ensure its objectives are reached and its message is communicated clearly and effectively. This business is all about building relationships, which we encourage, foster and facilitate. That is our most important asset and the true value we provide.

Invitations go out by email, with phone calls following when necessary to confirm attendees.

We confirm adequate audio-visual capability is available and working, so the presentation runs without interruption.

The presentation itself
The presenter is properly introduced, and we make personal introductions before, during and after the presentation.

Typed attendee contact list
Afterward the presenter receives a typed contact list, verified for accuracy, to follow up effectively.
